We really hope you love your GIR products. But if you're unhappy for any reason, or have changed your mind about wanting them, we'll take them back. Returns and exchanges must be unused and in original packaging (because otherwise we can't find a new home for them!). Original shipping charge will be refunded, however Customer is responsible for return postage. Send a message to help@patternbrands.com with your order number in the subject line, let us know why it didn't work out, and we'll help you return or exchange your product. Holiday return requests must be submitted by January 1, 2026.
